I started primal diet in august. Took a picture in my car of my eye. My eye color seems to have changed, alligning with this: https://i.looksmax.org/attachments/2025/04/4839605_New_eyemaxxing.pdf


Both taken in my car on a sunny day

I will continue doing some other things listed in the guide i mentioned. Like flushing my lymphatic system of heavy metals. Next time i update on this, i will have taken both pictures in my completely dark wine cellar with the flash.

Nothing about that is true. The structure and pattern of your iris are determined before you’re even born they don’t change.

babies often have blue eyes that later turn brown, it’s simply melanin. Babies have very little pigment (black babies are born whyte). Over the first few months, melani increases, darkening the iris to their permanent colour. “then how come my skin is still whyte?” it’s because melanin levels are regulated separately in the skin and the iris.
Diet has nothing to do with it.
