Eye contact is stress inducing

I can never hold eye contact without thinking someone's judging me which they probably are man i hate it so much. my whole body feels hot and i start sweating. i can never hold a convo too and people think like im being dishonest when im looking around but no man im just subhuman stop looking at me.

It's like if I can't see you looking at me it feels like im hidden and no one is looking at my fucked up face
