sagging fat seems more to be on the outer canthus located giving more of a downturned appearance

So if someone wants to get a fat graft in the upper eyelids he should more concentrate on the midde part above the iris since too much in the area of the inner canthus would also look weird

Depends if it look good on you eye area

Some people eye area mog with eye hooding, some not

But for example, most prettyboys have no full eye hooding because its suit / look better with their eye area
