Eye hooding looksmin?

I've heard people say this is a looksmin but other say it's good if you have prominent brow ridge. So which is it? Examples?

Eye hooding with good undereye support, at least neutral canthal tilt, downturned medial canthus, long PFL and lowset supraorbitals + strong browridge. On its own, hooding doesn't really do much. It really depends on context of the eye area...

For example, negative canthal tilt + shit browridge + shit eye colour + hooding = aspie-tier school shooter eye area

On the other hand, hooding that compliments good features will make turn an eye area from good to exceptionally good.
