Ill be doing eye pulling and all those exercises for the eyes, ill post my results every month, im also using a anti aging moisturizer and volufine, my eyes are lowk mid with minimal eyelid exposure but someone said that they look a little off, so the more the merrier jfl šŸ˜¹

if anyone also has any tips then lmk, i dont want cope so dont reply w grey advice

Eye pulling is cope, canā€™t say much for the volufine. It might work.

ive seen hella people like Jordan Wood use eyepulling, something that cucks me with my eyes is that one side obviously has like more wrinkles or something idk , but one side is almost completely smooth, do you know what that could be and how to treat it?

I mean thereā€™s the obvious stuff like sleeping upright (not cope) and getting enough sleep. Iā€™m guessing if youā€™re having problems you already tried those? Eating healthy might help too.

i think i honestly need to lock in on my sleep, i sleep at max, 6-7 hours, i might even go as low as 3-5 hours a day if i stay up drool scrolling or being a dork on the forum, i also heard sleeping enough can increase bone mass and shit, i already have good bones but i want like marlon type of bones

If your over 18 bone mass wonā€™t increase.( not unless you get blessed by some mirracle) Itā€™s all cope. Unless you hop on gear (from what Iā€™ve heard donā€™t be stupid).
But yeah set a ā€œbedtimeā€ and stick to it. Set a time to wake up and do your morning routine. Keep in mind you need 7-9 hours.

im only 15 rn but im turning 16 in april so i think i can still gain some mild bone mass

Oh yeah def. Trust I did not look anything like I did when I was 15. A lot can change in a few years.
