You cant fix your eye. All you can do is training the muscles around it but even that wont change alot

No softmaxxes for eyes unfortunately, nothing can improve your situation much. You don't look bad so no hardmaxxes for you.
Just cope with it I guess.

The eye area looks similar, OP just doesn't have a lower third or an upper lip for that matter.
