Eye surgeries question (other advice welcome too)

Would canthoplasty+ptosis corrective surgery be all thats necessary to fix my eye area, or do I also need supraorbital fat grafting? Welcome advice on any other obvious failos too

Get infraorbital implants before getting canthoplasty. It'll change your lower eyelid structure which will cause your eye shape to appear better. After that you can think about canthoplasty.

didn't realize rim implants were so cheap, cantho and implants can be done at the same time, but you're right its better to reevaluate after implants. anything else I should consider?

Fat graft to fat pads but it looks like you lack supraorbitals. Can you send a side profile of your eye area ? I can tell everything better.

I appreciate but I actually struggle from some bad structural issues, I have a badly deviated septum, class 2 overbite as well that I need bimax for because my jaw moved back after braces. my 3/4 angle is cheating compared to any other angle of me

Don't take many bc its really bad, red shirt photo isn't a real side but didn't want to give just one photo even if the other is frauded

You obv need a good infraorbital implant and your eye placement is suck. You can think of orbital implants too.

Well then get septoplasty, i think that is free and ask ur orthodontist to fix ur overbite
