His results are great, definately increased his SMV, specially in motion

his eyes were clearly droopy before and he fixed his sclera and have almond shape now, that's all this surgery is about

I agree he didnt ascended much tho

edit: he decreased a bit his hooding too with upper blepharoplasty

Lower eyelud retraction

Bridge of bone canthopexy, lateral canthoplasty or lower lid retraction

tightened his lowerlids changing the shape of it to almond instead of round/droopy

The guy did it right tbh, he did the first step, if he lean out thicken and dye up his brows and hair he will look good

He went from shit tier eye area to a very decent one, he could ascend with longer hair and maybe a wider jaw to make his popping zygos more harmonious with the rest of his face.

His eye area really did improve. - That being said, it obviously doesn't do much for the overall SMV.
A lot of the time a single surgery is not enough to really improve SMV.

he needs a corner brow lift / temple lift and minoxidil
