Does anyone know what form of eye surgery would be best to fix this case?
Was thinking of just implants, but pretty big asymmetries too, maybe just customized implants and some form of canthoplasty?

was thinking a chin implant mostly focused on a little width, but do you think lower third failos are more pressing than eye failos in this case?
Also have some asymmetries with more roundness on the right
