Eyebags due to recessed infras

I already posted about tge eyebags and apparently my infras are recessed. Is there any way to cover my eyebags? Maybe concealer, but i dont think it works here. Has anyone tried volufiline or is it cope?

Yes my skin is bad but it was much worse. Is oral collagen suplemention good for this

Dont do volufiline just do the concealer
