you have to be patient lmao, don't expect heavenly results in a week or something
just dye them weekly, 2.5mg oral minox, bimatoprost solution daily on lash line, you could use that serum alongside it but the results will be practically negligible in comparison to minox + bima
here are my results if you're curious about what waiting a few months does

funny story, my nan gets it for free bcs she has hypertension in the eyes, and she just ships it to us every few months
this has incrased my eye lashes by about 15%, combine this with oral minodixil
