if you'd say you're on the paler side with ur skin color then yeah, but if you can see there's pink-ish undertones in your skin then I'd suggest a dark brown

tbh both of these will look really similar under natural lighting. so go for either

ill start with dark brown cause my hair is very light blonde, but then again i could just dye my hair and eyebrows both
