Ik it's supposed to but i read a thread a while back that said it can cause hair thinning and shedding before only temporary regrowth but I think ur right and I'll look more into it

some say you lose your hair after stopping and some say they don´t. i never tried it so i cant say anything about after stopping. but you dont have to stop cause its fucking cheap
