Eyebrow growth + darkening

I have pretty sparse eyebrows and have been looking for ways to grow them. However, I have seen many conflicting things with Minoxodil. Some claim it can disrupt hormones while others claim it doesn't. Some people also claim that all the hair will fall out once you stop using it. I'm also not sure if more natural methods are actually doing anything. I've tried minoxidil and castor oil for a bit and haven't seen much results.

If anyone has advice I'd appreciate it.
