I can't stand my thin eyebrows.
I started using Minoxidil 4 months ago and just saw some growth in the side of my brows, but it lacks hair thickness, and the amount of hair isn’t great either. If u take a picture, it's not even visible that there is any hair. So I will start a new routine for the next 3 months and see if an Eyebrow transplant is the only option cause I'm trying to out all the methods.
So I will:
Dermaroll 3 times a week

Use minoxidil every morning and at night

I will use lash and brow serums after minoxidil. The ordinary lash and brow serum

I will use castor oil every night

I will also use peppermint oil on my eyebrows 30 minutes before the shower.

If this doesn’t work in the next 4-6 months, an Eyebrow transplant might be the only option.
If I get good results, I'll make sure to post them.

Derma roll 3 times a week is crazy. How is your skin supposed to heal?

is this legit and no sides? And what if its topical?
I haven't tried it myself but I've seen people discussing the benefits of orally ingesting it.
copy and paste from reddit

Castor oil is made up of 85-90% Ricinoleic acid, an omega 9 fatty acid. There are receptors in your body called PGE2 receptors that are part of the signaling cascade to turn hair growth on. There are 4 types of PGE2 receptors in the body and ricinoleic acid is able to activate 1 of these receptor types. I’ve read conflicting information as to whether the ricinoleic acid directly activates the receptor or if it does it by increasing PGE2 levels. But either way Ricinoleic acid causes the activation of this PGE2 receptor that in turn encourages hair growth.

However, ricinoleic acid only activates PGE2 as a monoglyceride. Castor oil contains triglycerides of ricinoleic acid (three monoglycerides stuck together). So, in order to do anything the triglyceride has to be converted to the monoglyceride. Your digestive tract does this automatically and then sends the fatty acid out all over the body. This is why taking castor oil orally causes hair growth everywhere. Your skin also has the ability to convert the triglyceride to the monoglyceride, but the conversion rate is very poor. This is why I think taking the oil orally is better than applying topically.
