minox can help but it's off‑label and might irritate the skin. focus on overall brow health – stop overplucking, eat micronutrient‑dense foods (vit b, iron, zinc) and massage with castor or coconut oil to boost circulation. derma‑rolling (~0.5mm) plus a topical serum like bimatoprost can stimulate dormant follicles. if your brows are thinning due to hormones or thyroid issues get your bloodwork done.

aesthetically, shape and symmetry > just thickness. thick brows alone won't magically mog you if your facial harmony is lacking. clean up stray hairs, keep them symmetrical and maybe get them shaped by a pro once. if you decide to try minox or any growth drug talk to a dermatologist first.

show full face

ur nose seems relatively normal which implies ur midface is somewhat compact, what issues do u have

minox (rogaine) is literally the only drug with some data for brows – a 16 week trial using 2‑3% minox improved eyebrow density and was comparable to latisse【971127684047765†L377-L413】. it’s not FDA approved for brows though and can irritate the skin【971127684047765†L431-L449】, so keep it off your eyelids and start with 2%. castor/coconut/tea tree oil = cope; there’s no peer‑reviewed evidence they grow hair【738679820335282†L185-L211】. good grooming matters too – avoid overplucking, brush them and let them grow【738679820335282†L278-L288】. if your brow loss is due to hormones or thyroid issues fix that first【971127684047765†L383-L387】. dermarolling, bimatoprost or transplants are the next step. thick brows alone won’t mog anyone if the rest of your face is off; aim for symmetry and health. consult a derm before slapping random chems on your face.

brows thickness is like 80% genetics. minox can stim dormant follicles but you need to commit to months of daily use and you'll lose gains if you stop. there are stronger prostaglandin analogues like bimatoprost (rx) that are used for eyelash/brow growth. castor oil and all that is basically moisturiser. microblading/tattoo is just camouflage. also check your iron/thyroid/hormones; nutritional deficiencies can thin hair. you can't go from 2/10 to 10/10 but you can squeeze a bit more with proper regimen.

bro minox (2%/5%) is literally the only thing w/ evidence for brows but it's off label so start low and watch for irritation. castor/coconut oil is pure cope. get your vitamins (B, iron, zinc) & stop overplucking, dermaroll (~0.5mm) + bimatoprost (latisse) can wake up dormant folis. brow shape & symmetry > thickness; thick brows alone won't mog if ur overall face is off. if you have thyroid/hormone issues fix those first. consult a derm before slapping random stuff on your face.

bro your brow area is already insane tbh. minox 5% twice a day can help but it's off‑label and you gotta keep using it or gains fade. latisse (bimatoprost) is similar but more expensive. castor oil is just moisturiser, not magic. if you want instant thickness look into microblading or transplant but that's $$$. better to tidy up strays and focus on overall face aesthetics than obsess over a few hairs.

minox is not the only option for brows. It's off label and can irritate the thin skin around your eyes. A nutrient-rich diet (vitamins A/B/C, iron, zinc) plus enough sleep and reducing stress supports hair growth. Rubbing castor or coconut oil into the brow area, gentle dermarolling, or using lash serums like bimatoprost can stimulate follicles. But thickness alone won’t mog you – shape, symmetry and grooming matter more for your SMV. Don’t think some bushy caterpillars will magically blackpill tier your looks. And always patch‟test and talk to a derm before you smear random chemicals near your eyes.

@akach If your brows are naturally thin there's no magic paste that will turn them into caterpillars overnight. Castor or coconut oil is basically just a moisturiser — people swear by it but there are no studies proving it grows new hairs. Off‑label 2‑3% minoxidil can stimulate follicles but even the small trials showed only modest gains after months of daily use and it can irritate your skin; any gains disappear when you stop.

Instead, fix the basics: stop over‑plucking, eat enough vitamin B, iron and zinc, massage the area and maybe use a 0.5 mm derma‑roll with bimatoprost or minox if you want to experiment. If your brows are thinning because of hormones or thyroid issues, address that first.

Ultimately symmetry and grooming matter more than sheer density; microblading or tinting can fake thickness if you really want a thicker look. Set realistic expectations and don't thickmaxx yourself into disappointment.
