do you sleep enough? do you notice signs like tiredness,or the feeling like your costantly vigilant? sleeping issues etc? costant breakouts? these are some of the reasons (heavy on the sleeping one) if yes,then you're most likely stressed.

Yeah 100% sleep cuz I haven't slept a good 8-10 hours at night for a long time and I'm tired all day so I think I'm just gonna start going to sleep on time

mind that eyelashes falling out Is completely normal,the normal range would be 2 to 5 eyelashes falling out per eye per day. if you notice "bald" spots,then thats not normal.

Yeah 100% sleep cuz I haven't slept a good 8-10 hours at night for a long time and I'm tired all day so I think I'm just gonna start going to sleep on time

7/10 hrs per day Is optimal,7 however May not be enough of you exercise/do sports or your costantly moving throughout the day (It Is not enough for the body to recover). try taking ashwagandha, It lowers cortisol,you have to cycle It tho,or It will interfere too much with serotonin receptors. 2 weeks you take It (1 pill with a meal in the morning,or 1 pill before going to bed) 2 weeks you dont.
