Rosemary oil should be avoided it has side effects, carnosic acid is the main antioxidant ingredient (which can be used on its own), though I'm not sure if it promotes hair growth

The most likely to work and has the most evidence behind it is latisse but it has some pretty brutal side effects and u need a prescription but its pretty much guarenteed to work
