Minoxidil has evidence based vgef stimulation effect and also activates potassium channel, unlike castor oil which is not studied enough and is supported only by anecdotal reports

Make sure to use 5% foam (it's the most optimal formulation for your case)

Aslo oral minox literally causes bloating and tachycardia and doesn't worth it.
