it works but takes time, i used to do it like every morning and night, did improve UEE *very slightly* and im not completely sure but i feel like it also made my eyebrows slightly more lower-set as well

no, i didnt get any kind of loose skin or anything like that
the only thing that it might have done (im not even sure its the reason) is make my left eyebrow slightly lower than my right one but its hard to see only really i will notice it, and i cant prove that it caused it anyways

i forgot to tell you but only eyelid pull the middle and inner parts, dont do it on the outer parts you will cause the opposite effect and ruin it
