Eyelid surgery

How much of a difference will fixing my eyelids make? I feel like without the hood over my eyes they would be too big, but on one of my posts a bunch of people said I need to get it fixed. If the difference would be major, I would be willing to do it. If so, what kind of surgery would help the best? Thanks.

best would be browridge implants customized to lower the browridge and create protrusion

Ditto with Tesseract on the brow ridge along with some possible UEE filler would probably be the best option but unfortunately there's only like 2 brow ridge results I can find online

Zoom in on my profile picture and you can tell I have a massive brow ridge. To the point where it bothers me how big it is. But thanks.
