this is pretty common, perfect symmetry is rare, you can possibly have some corrective surgery's done, but which ones depends on the differences between your eyes; shape, size, angle etc.

i wanna get like a decent fix now im pretty much flat broke hopefully surgery in my 20s

again this depends on how different your eyes are, I have different eye shapes, its not apparent when I wake up and wash my face, but as soon as I get tired its pretty apparent, just dont get tired and keep washing your face periodically, thats kind of a do all fix without knowing what your suffering from exactly
