Eyes changing color

Brutal eye area getting somewhat saved by coloring. No clue why but my eyes have been getting progressively lighter to the point they almost look neon in some lighting. Also extremely sensitive to light so my pupils are always small as shit. All photos taken selfie camera style so some lense distortion.

Looks like contacts tbh but mirin. Is the eye color change from any lifestyle change/diet/etc or just naturally?

I wear normal contacts for my vision, -2.25. Swear to god it’s not colored contacts. I got accused of wearing colored contacts by a chick a few weeks ago. I have no clue why it’s happening. I’ve made too many lifestyle changes over the past few months to pinpoint it.

nah I believe you lol im just saying some peoples eyes just naturally look like they have colored contacts on, I guess just the actual iris relation with the pupil (and also limbal ring).

I guess the main lifestyle changes I would say are ur diet, sun exposure (whether its increased/reduced), perhaps any supplements/hormones. So I guess can you pinpoint the changes based on these three components?

massively increased sun exposure for sure, could be a big factor
