In parts of the world with more sun/less winter people all have brown eyes. Asia, Mid East, Africa, Latin America. If anything they should get darker in the summer Bc of melanin for sun protection

Yeah. I get darker eyes, hair gets darker and skin gets pale as fuck. I actually like it more because my hair becomes lighter in summer and it looks bad.
