Stop smoking

you provided abysmal context. its like you dont even want help. why your eyes were red to begin with is important.

Ok you have bad health no reason for your eyes to bed red all the time

Keep using them

yeah im on accutane and my eyes were dry before accutane too
you're risking permanent damage, I'm still suffering from it to this day. I suggest to lower the accutane dose and visit a dry eye specialist asap to fix ur meibomian glands

so fix your sleep obviously. if the problem persists you may have an allergy; think animals, weather, hayfever.

if you use eyedrops a lot then maybe your reliant on them. but like i said fix your sleep. see a doctor if it gets that bad.

You need to visit a dry eye specialist doctor, not a common ophthalmologist nor a family doc. Too long to elab but google "dry eye accutane reddit" for threads

i went to the doctors a couple times about my eyes being dry even before accutane they would just hit me with the drink more water and prescribe me eyedrops

That's why I told you to go to a specialized center. Normal docs don't know shit about it

age? if ure old enough id just hop off accutane to not further worsen it and try dutasteride/winlevi, literally fuck that drug. go to the GP and ask for varenicline nasal spay. also get enough omega 3 fatty acids, as it stimulates tear production, either supplement or by eating a lot of fish like tuna, salmon, sardines

my eyes arent too dry if i dont wear contacts. however if i dont sleep well and i wear contacts during the day, i have to use Lumify eye drops after a few hours to get rid of the redness. regular eyedrops don't reduce the redness, but do keep my eyes moisturized and non-itchy. even silicone lenses start to itch for me after about 8-12 hours of wearing. still a major improvement from hydrogel lenses i used to wear in the past. those shits started to itch literally after just 2 hours. today the optician even told me they dont sell the latter anymore bc theyre so garbage.

i dont wear lenses my eyes are just really sensitive for some reason i take omega-3 already and tretinoin cream just fucks up my skin barrier badly so i use benzoyl peroxide im hopping off accutane soon hopefully in like 11 days after that if i start breaking out again ill hop back on it, if i dont and my skin is well i wont
