Weaken the intermaxillary suture by cutting it (use a knife). It has no nerves, just wash the knife before doing whatever. After that do mewing all day and night and your face will becomes wider naturally

It worked for me jfl. It's not dangerous, it will just weaken the suture and your bones will move faster, promoting bone remodeling

It doesn't matter, it just makes your bones more malleable. On the contrary, it will free the airways and you will have a more beautiful smile and face.
