My biggest failo are eyezone, mouth and recessed jaw with slighlty asimmetry. This summer i will get temporal/cheek lift + canthopexy to fix my eye (shallow orbit and neutral vector eye, my surgeon tell me that only temporal lift and canthopexy could be enough but i want also cheek lift to make a better work). I will fix the eyezone before because the armony is more important than other things and i have already good structure bones even if i am slighlty recessed and asimmetric. I have long philtrum that i want to fix with fat injenction inside upper lip (lip's asimmetry, don't like lip lift) and bimax with beautyfull chin (ramieri and marianetti in ortognatica roma make this surgery) (BSSO probably with lefort1 )and rhinoplasty (i have devial nasal septum). I don't know if i will need cheek implants ( i don't want ). That's the surgery that i will done because i am ugly boy/ ltn so too ugly to getting girls but more important to accetp my self. I will spend around 40k in Italy, 30k for lower third and nose and 10k for the eye. I will post before and after pics. I whis for the best because at the moment i am innatural disarmonic, the ugliest boy i ever seen. Thank you
