If your bite is wrong and you have insurance you can say it's medical, you dont need to be 18.
It's called BSSO. Bilateral Saggital Split Osteotomy. I got it soon aswell. Basically a "Lefort 0,5".

you need money for surgeries indeed, such is life. However, there are financial options such as loans to afford them
To get cosmetic surgeries, you need to find a surgeon (do your own research) and get a consultation

zygos dont respond the same way as the jaw bones when its damaged. Not the same type of cells + more responsive to external manipulation
