FACE/BELT PULLING

I have been doing the face pull method of @JcPenny but i not put my legs on a box bc for my is worse, i have several problems. When I'm biting my belt, do I have to lean my whole body back or just my neck or head?

whole body. you gotta see what works with you. try to experiment and find a way that puts maximum tension on your face. you want your face pulled forward.. I pull with all my body kind of a deadlift and I guide the tension using my arms and I feel it in my midface.

Bro i only feel tensión on jaw, what can i do

disgusting ahh pics man, these people on the picture DID NOT PRACTISE ts here, they have poor tongue posture and put forward pressure on their teeth from the inside. on facepulling the pressure resites from compression and tug forward its a completly diffrent force profile when done correctly
