First, Let me be clear,
This shit is major copefuel.
Surgery > Appliances > Fillers > Face "Exercises" for results ALWAYS.
In fact I dont even like mentioning face exercise with the others. I also dont endorse fillers either because they migrate to the rest of your face overtime and make you look like a bloated clown.
That being said if youre young or poor or if surgery isnt really an option for you right now - This stuff is better than nothing. Especially the chin video(below) from the curry. I was genuinely surprised with the results i got from that and also how quickly i saw changes.
Obviously,
First start cutting BF%, Maintain good neck and tongue posture etc.
Cheekbones
Dont know if this will give you Aesthetic results or not but look at her flex the cheekbone muscles @1:21. Even the size is impressive NGL.
Nose
Dont really need anything for my nose TBH so never tried this...Seems extra copey but her "results" @1:30 are alright I guess
Chin
This one surprised me NGL. Try it if youre recessed but not recessed enough to warrant surgery.
Jawline
WEIGHTED MEWING???GTFO. The video just teaches you how to mew and mew while working out your neck.
IMO good tongue and neck posture is extremely important but after a certain age it doesnt seem to do anything on its own.
Thumb Pulling and Mewing while exercising(Not just the neck) on the other hand seem promising. Will report results after.
Symmetry
Do the exercises as directed by the people in the videos. The nose one I didnt put any effort into so you'll probably find better ones If they do actuallly work.
Also do the symmetry related exercises as close to you waking up as possible. Dont know why but it feels like after being limp for 8+ hours your body is more primed to react to symmetry work.
At the very least do a 10+ minute stretching routine as soon as you wake up for improving your overall face and body symmetry. In my experience nominal asymmetry is actually not that hard to improve. My high IQ personal trainer makes me do this to prevent uneven abs/imbalances.

I know I know, yoga. This stuff has been co-opted by hippies and suburban moms or whatever but this exercise is really good on its own.
Alternatively you can find/put together your own stretching exercise flow but make sure its dynamic stretching and includes a full body stretch
