If you lose face fat or facial fat whatever are you prone to gain smile line or is it more common to get it

sometimes when people lose fat they get saggy skin, since skin was once stretched out to accompany the fat

Because when I was bloated I didn’t have any but now that removed a lot of my face fat they started to appear
