Face fat question

I’m not completely boneless(emphasis on not completely) but i still have lots of face fat despite pretty skinny body wise, It is mainly under my jaw and around my gonions, anything j should do or have my genetics fucked me up in yet another way

You want to first lose most of your face fat then get surgery so it looks the best just get facial sculpting tho no need for rearranging ur face structure
