I’m pretty 130 5’9 rn im decently lean but I still have face fat not to the point where im like a fat chud it’s just noticeable to me my cheek bones show I just don’t have a 100% defined face and it’s hella annoying anyone know how to get rid of it?

Is it just exercise and diet? Also another question let’s say I’m on a good ass eating week and one day I just decide ima eat like shit would that fuck up everything? Making my face appear this way?

do your bloodwork.if you have good test levels,good igf-1 levels maybe no?you`re probably fine

but if you have average or less than average - 100% pin

but do your research before pinning

Getting older, debloating (if you actually are bloated but the effect of this is overstated), fat dissolver/buccal fat removal.
If you're young especially you store more fat in the cheeks. Some people are predisposed to high facial adiposity (e.g @lucasegolifts), you might just be boneless though if your maxilla is recessed. Need pics to confirm

Maintain:
  • Good Diet
  • Quality Sleep
  • Lots of Hydration
  • Rigorous Cardiovascular exersise
Try to stay pretty far under 2,000 mg sodium daily on low sweat days.
Prioritize Diuretics like potassium and caffeine.
Implement Lymphatic draining and icing your face into your daily routine.

Eating like shit for a day will make you pretty bloated but as long as you stay consistent with everything else it goes away with time
obv genetics will play a huge role on how much you can achieve and without a picture its hard to give super accurate advice.

if ur a teenager then its baby fat, if ur not then its either boneless or genetic fat pads
