Does face icing actually work?

This is the same thing as the ice bath debate. Does it have minor benefits, yeah it can reduce inflammation and get your blood circulating. is it going to change your life? No, there are other ways to improve circulation, skin health and reduce inflammation. So yes it works but it's just not going to make any huge difference. Some people also say icing too hard will reduce orbital fat and ruin eye area, but that is up for debate.
