Face mole removal possible risks?

Anyone here heard of or experienced any sort of permanent scarring from removing moles on the face? Got a small one above my lips and I’m possibly looking to getting it removed.

I got a few removed around 9 months ago and still got small scars. 100% worth it tho and it's fading more and more with time

Roughly $1000 for 2. I'm in sweden tho so might be pricier here
