Face Punching

Does any one else face punch? Or have a preference palm, vs fist, vs hammer?


I feel it in my bones from face punching or using palm hitting, facial bone areas, alone. My hands feel ok.

well luckily my brother is a blacksmith so i just use this as it puts less strain on my arms

fist is the best imo, you can tell how much “work” you’ve done on the face by just seeing how red your knuckles get
