I think it's the hair, I'm still growing it out, I'm getting leaner and building my buccinators so should be solid htn in a year I'd say

In case it is not the picture and you really do have this bad asymmetry, you can get lower eyelid retraction and fat grafts. That should markedly help on both the asymmetry in your eye tilt and orbital vector.
