Yeah raw meat is also less bioavailable u fucking clown, not only does cooked meat have less water content thus more nutrients per gram in total but it is also more bioavailable meaning more nutrients absorbed by the body, not to mention raw meat is inefficient as fuck, u can spend an hour eating ur fucking raw slab of infested meat while I finish my medium cooked beautiful steak in like 10 minutes

where did u get that info from exactly? cooking your steak medium literally destroys all the creatine , 50% loss of b vitamins. ( because they are water soluble)

pretty much but you get antioxidants and enzymes with it - i use it as a prebiotic when fermenting raw milk i take a spoonful in my mouth mix it with my saliva and spit it out into the jar of milk so the bacteria can feed on it while the milk ferments
