So i saw that thread about the importace of CW rotation and it made me think 'that would solve a lot of my problem, and then i thought about pulling my neurocranial foward. Like you put your hand on the back of your head and pull forward on your occiput.

My theory is that if thumbpulling works this could technicly work too.

Would this work considering im still in puberty?

jfl gonne try it anyway.

“The pterygomaxillary sutures are located where the maxilla and sphenoid are most closely approximated. It appears considerably interdigitated on CT by age 12, and orthodontic maxillary protraction becomes more difficult after this age”

Once the sutures being to seal, mobilization of the lower maxilla is much more difficult unfortunately.

Over 90% of growth is complete by the age of 12 and maturation is achieved around the age of 16.

It’s worth trying with a licensed orthodontist. Don’t do it by yourself without some kind of supervision and guidance
