Facial Aesthetic Procedures to make Mesomorph Oval-Rounded face more Masculine.

I am a new member in your community, I decided to join your team because I am, as you say, "blacpilled", believing that before improving your lifestyle, status, social skills etc. you must always start with your looks and then with anything else.

So, I just had sliding genioplasty + jaw augmentation with terino's lateral jaw angle implants recently which was very successful. I wanted to make my oval face more rectangle and little more oblong with genio (slip&drop) cause my face was a little short I think. I was sure that this surgery fits my needs so I was not worried about the final outcome. I just did it without second thoughts.

But for the other procedure I'm willing to go forward I am a little nervous (50-50), and I want some opinions from members who did it OR who know about it and have experience. This procedure is terino's malar shells (SMALL ones that are very thin and high set in cheeks) combining with flowers tear trough (extended or not) with or without buccal fat removal. The goal is to make a more sharp midfacial effect along with the lower third of my face which is now defined and masculine.

Little words about me, I am 25, about 6.1 feet and 80 kilos mesomorph body type, with oval-rectangle face type now after the first surgery. My cheeks are a little hollow (I want more and my cheekbones are high set but flat). My temples a little hollow too I think.

How many mms of anterior and lateral projection do the malar implants provide?

1) Working on it (completing profile with pics). As you see in my pic cause it's photoshoped my cheeks are more flat the shadow is not that much.

2) They give 4mm lateral projection. Tear trough gives 3mm the small, 4mm the medium and 5 mm the large anterior.

Don't be confused, Imagine the lower third as it is and midfacial more flat not that exaggerated.

Well, never thought about it... But after a quick research, I found that it is a cheap and non risky procedure at all.

The cons are that very few surgeons operate it though.

I think the proccedure is a piece of cake in regards of timing and post-care, I mean it can easily be combined with buccal fat and cheek augmentation in all in one surgery for a complete midface reconstruction and ogee curve creation. But wtf why can't find a surgeon who does this except B. Eppley?

Isn't Terino long gone or are u referring to his style of implants? If that's u in the pfp, dont touch ur malar region at all. Only things you'd benefit from is the commissuroplasty and fixing ur hairline.

Thank you for your help! I am referring to the style of Implants. He is the one who designed the square chins too and of course the traditional mandibular angle implants which are great. So I maybe go on with commisxuroplasty and buccal fat to emphasize the effect! Again thank you all you guys for your replies. I wasn't sure and you helped me take my choice.

It's awesome! It seems like more square even if the jaw is unchanged.

So, let me translate this morph result. Along with the high cheekbones (with a customed designed arch or terino shell) it sounds to me like a canthoplasty took place along with something like a brow lift. Well, even if they are not complicated procedures, nor that expensive, they are a little tricky and risky aesthetically if done all at the same time. The choice of the doc, in that case, makes all the difference I think, because if I fucked up I can't go back!

Also, the chin seems to be a little broader. To be honest, I don't think that I will do something for it cause I've already done the chin. It seems like a prejowl augmentation to me. This is the only con of sliding genio it doesn't alter the lateral projection of the chin as well.
