How do I fix facial asymmetry that seems to be caused by a twist in my spine?

Have you done anything about the spine? Maybe find out if you can fix it with back massages to avoud surgery, it helped me fix my posture

but keep in mind asymmetry isnt that deep as people say, in person you cant notice it
