I thought my face was getting a bit bloated but I realised that started consuming more sugar in my diet than normal
All I did was start cutting out a lot of sugar for 3 weeks now and my face doesn't look "bloated"...
I think sugar made the skin on my face inflamed, like I wasn't getting spots but if I run my fingers over my face I would feel the "inflamed bumps"
Fuck sugar was fucking me up, that's only just my face too imagine wtf was going on the rest of my body
Now my face feels a lot more smooth and look more lean
Tldr: Face may not be bloated but inflamed
