I thought my face was getting a bit bloated but I realised that started consuming more sugar in my diet than normal

All I did was start cutting out a lot of sugar for 3 weeks now and my face doesn't look "bloated"...

I think sugar made the skin on my face inflamed, like I wasn't getting spots but if I run my fingers over my face I would feel the "inflamed bumps"

Fuck sugar was fucking me up, that's only just my face too imagine wtf was going on the rest of my body

Now my face feels a lot more smooth and look more lean

Tldr: Face may not be bloated but inflamed

I don't know bro, my face became a lot smoother and look leaner but then again it probably debloated too who knows

Also another thing to think about...

Why is it when you have bad organ health, the skin on your FACE inflames?
Why is it when you have an allergic reaction to food, the skin on your FACE inflame and bloats?
Why is it when you have hormonal imbalance, the skin on your FACE breaks out the most?

Why doesn't it happen to the skin over your back, legs, arms and torso region?

It's because the FACE is the prime signaller of health.

Eating healthy is underrated here. But when i eat junk food, i'm not becoming instant. bloated.

Yeah mines not instant either but over time I start to notice bumps on my face jfl

like probably around 13%

Good thread, same thing here. I've removed all carbs, sugar, fibers, and fat from my diet. All I eat is meat.

If you want to take it to the next level, try the drug Apremelist. It's an inflammatory reducing medicaiton which vastly reduced my facial bloat

"inflamed bumps" are called pimples and yeah, sugar reduces SHBG which increases sebum production and can worsen acne
