Yeah it’s true and it takes one google search to check this, I’m on 2 scoops for like 3 months for better dht conversion and I noticed little to no difference with water retention
There’s scientific proof to this. According to a study creatine increases body mass and total body water, that same paper measured fluid distribution and there was no significant alteration of it (i.e. most of the water didn’t shift outside cells)
Moreover creatine is osmotically active, meaning it draws water into muscle cells specifically. This is well-supported.
