Hey chat, for some reference, I've been looking into potential solutions for bone growth.

As of now, I've already had a rhinoplasty, raising the tip of my nose to create a slimmer profile, as well as a blephorplasty to enhance my eye area. Hence, I'm not opposed to hardmaxxing to create a more dimensional profile.

I was wondering though, if lefort is the only solution given my goals. I've looked into 3 substances in particular, but beyond "iffy" empirical observations, it seems they're mostly cope...Please provide some advice.

HGH: Where’s the proof it vectors forward in normies, not just GH-deficient kids? Logs show ramus +3 mm downswing, not maxilla push—still recessed after 12 mo.

IGF-LR3: Bypasses IGFBP3, sure, but does it hit craniofacial sutures or just make your nose/ears balloon? 80 % of users get soft-tissue bloat, 0 measured IPD gains.

MK4: K2 shuttles calcium, cool—any ceph proving it remodels forward vs just densifies what’s already there? Post-menopausal BMD ≠ pubertal vector change.

Lefort: +6–10 mm guaranteed advancement, measured on CBCT day 1. Why gamble 18 months of pins for +1 mm maybe when the surgeon delivers in 3 hrs?

Cope or not? Drop your logs.

if you have the ability to get surgery why tf would you try blasting whatever stupid unknown shit like mk4:lul:

It’s a last resort, and I’m exploring potential options before I decide to go through with surgery. I’ve thought about fillers and implants as well, however, have decided to not go through either either of them for various reasons. In fact, when I had my rhinoplasty I used my own rib as opposed to a foreign object lol
