I am nearly at the end of puberty and want to maximise my Facial Bonemass, Height Growth, Clavicle width and want to get muscles fast, what should I take?
What cycle at what dosage and why?
 
I am not that fucked but I want to reach my potential, isnt it possible to maximise these things without surgery, because they are to expensive
 
meats and dairy and resistance training, u gotta work fast to stack hgh and test before its over but results may start showing after a couple months of consistently eating clean and stop eating junk. hope u the best man

Yeah but Bulk makes ugly and I want to get quicker over it, so I want to roid for faster results

you just minimize dietary fat intake & take creatine, complex carbs & protein

Cut out all dietary fat or only seed oils?
seed oil is just schizo theories
according to science, they are better than butter & stuff
for the muscle building & reducing fat part, cut out both of them

or If you want, you can run DNP or tren cycle for a month or 2 to completely drop the excess fat & just keep on lean bulk
or you can just go for the low dietary fat slight calorie deficit for muscle recomp strategy while using only testosterone

you're mostly right
but they should still minimize dietary fat , you just need Carb+Protein to grow muscle
complex carbs keep your appetite low without the use of appetite suppressants

I am pretty lean my plan is to build muscles with roids idk to get a good base in 3 months and then just maintain and get on reta to get lean, is that plan good or shit?

you can easily build muscle while gaining 0 fat
possibly losing some fat if you're precise
Gotta disagree here. Very hard to do in practice. I'd just go with ur earlier recommendation and bulk, suck it up for a couple months, then blast the dnp. I cut for halloween over the course of 3 weeks; only took dnp 1 day per week, hardly dieted, and went from mid/high teens bf% to sub10. I did friday nights so I could suck it up over the weekend then be normal by monday for work. Probably my favorite way to run dnp

Not really. Its had 30 deaths in about 100 years of usage, bout a third of those being intentional od. I have a coworker with shit genetics who's been running 500mg for the better part of a year 🤦🏼 Got several friends that are nearly on my level physique wise (amateur) and just use it in 3-4 week bursts to polish up every now and then. You can most likely run 2-300mgs a day for a few weeks, just be a lil agitated or so, and lose a couple pounds a week changing nothing else. 500 my coworker can tolerate pretty well, but I'm a hyper responder to it and will lose a pound a pound to a pound and a half a day on that dose. so i dont have to push it hard. start low and remember it takes 5-7 days til ur pretty much feeling the full dose so dont adjust right away.

i also have to spam antihistamines on it or it will melt the skin off my lips and dick 🤣 forgot to do that on 2 runs. once it did it to my back instead. kinda a quirky drug, its a mixed bag of effects and u dont know which ones ur gunna get. a lot of thats dose dependent though, so just dont push ur luck

I wouldn't say extremely dangerous, the lowest ever published lethal dose of DNP (2,4-dinitrophenol) is 4.3 mg/kg body weight, equating to roughly 258–344 mg for a 60–80 kg adult depending on exact weight.
200 mg/day is not likely to kill you, alot of people do more and are completely fine

Still, If you're scared, you can hop on start your roid cycle with test base by an extreme cut, like 1000 calorie & microdose tren like 50-100mg/week
& You'd probably come out with 0 muscle loss

I'm pretty big on some bodybuilding boards and rarely see this done even with gear. Outside of people with close to 0 muscle mass putting their first 10 or so pounds on.

they're probably just stupid, most likely not minimizing dietary fat & thinking a slight deficit will do recomp for some reason

well the recomp guys fair even worse yeah 🤣 that pretty much just guarantees 4-6 months of spinning wheels and neither losing fat nor building muscle
