can confirm I have some of these mildly, what I have isn't considered acromegaly though, but there's levels to that as well.

Yes, it makes you an ugly ogre. Anyone who has done a moron's level of research would know HGH can easily promote ugliness in time.

That plus aging, insulin resistance & a whole host of other issues. You only want HGH if you're a manlet teen, but it's not worth it elsewhere.

I wouldnt say it is purely about HGH: iw ould say this is a problem when you do to much of it. And a little bit of it plus fixing the negatives could help some I believe.

It does nothing useful if you're past puberty and not a manlet. Anything it'd do is promote hydrophilic, i.e., water retention or bloat likely.

Even if it helps you become more muscular it's not worth it vs. androgenic/anabolic steroids, even if they may indirectly play some role too.

Ibutamoren, ghrelin, HGH, etc. is all bunk crap that should not be part of any health conscious, non-retarded looksmaxer's arsenal.

Have you seen or heard of Indigenous Swiss, the infamous bone smasher guy? He took MK-677 & it turned him UGLIER permanently & quickly. It made his face wider, but it had that permanently swollen, uncanny look. He also had no real frame gains, but it fucked his face in a few months.

Instances I thought about would be to increase bone density when you have a small stature, to get a wider mandible (assuming someone has a very tiny mandible that surgery cannot do much), get more brow ridge projection (if this get to much you could still shave it off), or enhancing bone remodelling rate when you are using a facemask. HGH seems to look like the best booster for bone remodelling rate as far as I know. But I would only do it under medical supervision.

Yes this is not for everyone. But I see some use for it in some selected instances.

Bone density isn't related to HGH so much as vitamin status, androgens/hormones. HGH makes bone voluminous maybe, but not exactly dense.

You can find "big boned" athletes getting fractures constantly, just like you can find bird-boned incels who still have density even if framecels.

I see thanks for the clarification. Wouldnt a more voluminous bone look thicker? So for instance for getting a look of slightly bigger hands which I thought could be maybe useful.

Yes I heard of him but didnt knew he took MK-677. If not HGH what exactly do you recommend to get significant better bone remodelling rate?
