facial droopiness

my whole right side of the face is droopy with weaker muscles (weaker smile on that side, cant close right eye alone)
is this caused by weak right facial muscles, teeth alingment, posture issues, spinal issues or a combination of all these?

you might want to train that side, like look at those syndromes (Sylvester stallone) And use their methods,i have the same, but ended up with wrinkles from constantly pulling my face up, then inside my cheek, the muscle is fucked

i know it sounds cope, but what worked for me is to sleep on back, massage face. You need to make blood flow aswell, and stabilize the muscles, electro therapy on your face contracting your muscles might help, and theres also stretching.
