4. Fix eyes (lift up the outer corners)
5. Increase jaw and chin angularity

7. Reduce signs of skin aging

mid to high (+2 tier)

Also, you didn't mention it, but you changed other things, like reduced bitemporal width, increased zygomatic width and jaw

first falls under "fix asymmetry" and second falls under "increase angularity", cos i didn't specifically increase the absolute width but made the natural corners of the face more angular
