the visual part is not an example of a literal way how to go and somehow practically ascend. Its is an example of how would a given person look like if he would be able to fix all flaws, and in couple with "order of importance" it is kinda practically useful to guide the user and focus his attention (visual example comes in handy) on the most ROI looksmaxing areas and not cope / mess for too long with anything random or significantly important.

and eyebrows are achievable.
check this Orc eyebrows transformation thread, especially the outer part (=like the morph change):

I apply it with a cotton pad once a day in the evening after tazarotene, only just noticed how much lower they've gotten. 5% brand is linn, I use the same shit for my hair but my eyebrows are far more responsive than my scalp has ever been.
