Facial flex gave me nasolabial fold

Nasolabial fold developed from it

I feel so old now seeing myself in the mirror



I have to admit one thing tho, other people here only let it sit there in there mouth while I tried to do the stupid facial flex exercises for 10mins daily.

It does actually I started with 4.2cm now its 4.7cm only 1week in, it seems like my limit is 6.5cm after few months
